Water contamination in hydraulic oil is even more harmful than solid particles, and water intrusion mainly passes through the tank vent. When the hydraulic system is working, the liquid level in the tank will change at any time. When the liquid level drops, moist air will enter the fuel tank, and part of the water vapor in the air will directly dissolve into the oil. Part of the water vapor will condense into water droplets when encountering the lower temperature tank wall and enter the oil. This type of hygroscopic air filter The cleaner is specially designed for the above situation, which can effectively prevent water from entering the fuel tank and help improve the performance and reliability of the hydraulic system.

The air will be discharged outside directly without through the hygroscopic agent.so it will prolong the service life of hygroscopic agent. The hygroscopic agent can be used many times after drying. The dry hygroscopic agent is blue, when it contains water the color begins to change, until the color turn to pink, and the hygroscopic agent shouId be changed. Before changing hygroscopic agent, screw off the four nuts and open the cover. The water contained hygroscopic agent can be put in the 150'C oven for drying until it turns to blue again.

Note: the broken hygroscopic agent granule can't be used again.
