SMF Duplex Middle Pressure Line Filter Series

The filter consists of two single-cylinder filters, two one-way valves, a reversing valve, a transmitter, etc. It can replace the filter element without shutting down the system, and is suitable for medium and low pressure hydraulic systems that work continuously.

When the filter element of one of the filter cartridges is clogged to the pressure value specified by the pressure difference transmitter during operation, the transmitter will activate, and it will turn on the power and the indicator will prompt people to replace the filter element. When replacing the filter element, just rotate the reversing valve handle to another position and the spare filter cartridge will start working. Unscrew the oil drain plug of the clogged filter cartridge to drain the oil, and then unscrew the outer shell to replace the filter element.

Note:

1. After clogging, the filter element should be replaced in time to avoid damage to the filter element due to continued rise in pressure difference across the filter element, causing further contamination of the system.

2. The reversing valve handle must be in place.

3. The blocked filter element after replacement should be replaced with a new filter element in time for next use.
