AB Series Hydraulic Air Filter (New)
product description
(2) Purpose and working principle:
When the hydraulic system is working, the oil level in the tank rises or falls from time to time. When it rises, the air is discharged from the inside to the outside, and when it falls, the air is sucked in from the outside to the inside. In order to purify the oil liquid in the fuel tank, an air filter is installed vertically on the fuel tank cover plate to filter the inhaled air; at the same time, the air filter is also an oil filling port, and the new working oil injected must be filtered before entering the fuel tank. Filter out the dirt particles in the oil.
In the hydraulic system, purifying the working oil is a very important link. The air filter can keep the oil in the tank clean, prevent dirty particles from entering the mailbox from the outside, and extend the working cycle and service life of the oil and components to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system. In addition, when the hydraulic system is working, the air filter can maintain the balance between the pressure in the tank and the atmospheric pressure to avoid possible cavitation in the pump.
