Purpose and working principle:
When the hydraulic system is working, the oil level in the oil tank sometimes rises or falls. When it rises, air is discharged from the inside out, and when it falls, air is sucked in from the outside in. To purify the oil and liquid in the fuel tank, an air filter can be installed vertically on the fuel tank cover to filter the inhaled air; At the same time, the air filter is also the oil injection port, and the newly injected working oil must be filtered before entering the oil tank, thereby filtering out the dirt particles in the oil.
Purification of working oil is a crucial step in hydraulic systems. Air filters can keep the oil in the tank clean, preventing dirt particles from entering the mailbox from the outside and extending the working cycle and service life of the oil and components, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
