CGQ STRONG MAGNET LINE FILTER SERIES
The CGQ series filters feature magnets with high coercivity. Its attraction is 10 times that of ordinary magnets, so all magnetic containers can be removed by this filter at high flow rates. It can be used before the main components and obtain the reliability of the hydraulic system. This series of filters is widely used in electro-hydraulic servo and proportional systems.
The strong magnetic pipeline filter is composed of a strong magnetic material with high coercivity and a blocking filter screen. Its adsorption force is ten times that of general magnetic materials, and it has the ability to adsorb micrometer sized ferromagnetic pollutants under instantaneous liquid flow impact or high flow rate state. It can also overcome the ferromagnetic pollutants washed down under high-speed and large impact and be re adsorbed, thereby avoiding the wear and tear of hydraulic components during jamming or friction, extending the service life of hydraulic components and hydraulic systems, and enhancing the reliability of hydraulic systems. The application in electro-hydraulic servo systems and electro-hydraulic proportional systems has shown significant results.
