DRLF series high flow return oil filter

DRLF series high flow return oil filter is installed at the return oil pipeline of the hydraulic system to filter out metal powder and rubber material from the wear of various components in the oil, keeping the oil flowing back to the tank clean.

The filter element of this filter is made of synthetic fiber filter material, which has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, large oil flow capacity, small original pressure loss, and large pollutant capacity. It is also equipped with a differential pressure transmitter and a bypass valve. When the filter element is blocked to a pressure difference of 0.35MPa between the inlet and outlet, a switch signal is sent out. At this time, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced. If the machine cannot be stopped in time or no one comes to replace the filter element, the bypass valve installed on the upper part of the filter element will automatically open to protect the system.
