Functional Features

This series of liquid level and temperature gauges can simultaneously measure the liquid level and temperature of oil in equipment such as oil tanks, lubrication devices, cooling systems, and gearboxes. They allow users to intuitively understand the oil level height and temperature status inside the equipment, providing an important reference for the normal operation of the equipment.          

Based on the YWZ-125～254 series of liquid level gauges, a liquid level control (alarm) switch has been added. When the liquid level is lower or higher than the set dangerous height, it can send an alarm signal. It is effectively applicable to unattended long-term test benches, ensuring the safety of equipment and tests.

Technical Parameters

 Measuring temperature range: -20℃~80℃

 Measuring temperature division value: Usually 1℃ per grid, which can display the change of oil temperature relatively accurately. Measuring accuracy: Up to class 2.5, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of measurement results.

Pressure resistance: 0.15MPa

Application Fields

 Industrial hydraulic systems: Used to monitor the liquid level and oil temperature in the oil tanks of hydraulic equipment, ensuring the normal operation of hydraulic systems and preventing system failures caused by excessively low liquid levels or excessively high oil temperatures.

Lubrication systems: In the lubrication devices of various mechanical equipment, they monitor the liquid level and temperature of lubricating oil in real time, ensuring the lubrication effect of the equipment and reducing wear.

 Cooling systems: Measuring the liquid level and temperature of coolant in cooling systems helps to timely detect abnormalities in cooling systems and ensure the cooling effect of equipment. Gearboxes: Installed on gearboxes, they can monitor the liquid level and temperature of lubricating oil in the boxes, providing guarantee for the normal operation of gear transmission.
