MF OIL SCREEN
MF oil filter screen (usually referring to a specific type of oil or hydraulic oil filtration device) is a key component used in industrial and mechanical equipment to purify oil. Its core function is to remove solid particles, impurities, moisture and other pollutants from the oil to protect precision components of the equipment (such as bearings, hydraulic valves, engine pistons, etc.) from wear or blockage.
The outer shell of the oil screen (usually made of metal material) is used to fix the filter material and form an oil flow chamber. Seals (such as rubber seals) prevent unfiltered oil from flowing out directly from the gaps (i.e. "short circuit"), ensuring that all oil must pass through the filter material.
Typical applications: oil filtration for automotive engines, hydraulic oil filtration for hydraulic equipment such as injection molding machines and cranes, lubricating oil filtration for industrial gearboxes, etc.
Maintenance requirements:
Regularly check the status of the filter material, clean (metal mesh) or replace (paper/synthetic filter material) in a timely manner when it is clogged, to avoid equipment wear caused by filtration failure.
Adjust the maintenance cycle based on the degree of oil contamination (such as dust and humidity in the equipment working environment).
