DF series stacked filter
This stacked filter can be directly installed under the electromagnetic directional valve to remove or prevent mechanical impurities mixed in hydraulic oil and the chemical changes of the hydraulic oil itself, such as gum and asphalt, from entering the electromagnetic directional valve, thereby preventing slow, unstable or stuck valve core reaction, as well as rapid wear and tear of the valve, and maintaining the normal operation of the system. It is particularly suitable for automatic control systems and servo systems.
The filter is equipped with a differential pressure transmitter. When the filter element is contaminated and blocked to a pressure difference of 0.5MPa at the inlet and outlet, a switch signal is sent out. At this time, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced to ensure the installation of the system.
Compared with traditional filters, this filter has the characteristics of compact installation structure and small volume. The filter element adopts imported glass fiber filter material, which has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, strong oil flow capacity, low original pressure, and large pollutant capacity. The filtering accuracy is calibrated based on absolute filtering accuracy, with a filtering ratio β 3, 5, 10, 20 ≥ 200 and a filtering efficiency n ≥ 99.5%. Compliant with ISO standards.
