Function features and material of AB filler

It has many functional features, mainly including the following aspects.

Filtration of impurities: it is installed above the oil tank to prevent the impurities in the air from mixing into the oil tank. Meanwhile, it can filter the air and working oil above the oil level in the oil tank to keep the oil clean and protect the normal operation of hydraulic system and other equipment.

Removable strainer: Removable strainer is designed to facilitate cleaning, replacement and maintenance at any time, so as to ensure the filtration effect, extend the service life of oil filler and reduce the probability of equipment failure due to oil pollution.

Keep air circulation: keep the air flow inside and outside the oil tank, balance the air pressure inside and outside the oil tank, ensure smooth oil filling, and avoid affecting the oil filling speed or causing oil overflow due to air pressure problems.

Material and scope of application

Material: Part of AB filler is made of stainless steel, featuring corrosion resistance and high strength; Some also use metal materials such as iron to meet the needs of different users and the use environment.
