RETURN FILTERS JTF SERIES

This filter is used for the return oil filtration of hydraulic systems, to filter out metal particles generated by the wear of components in the hydraulic system, as well rubber impurities from seals and other contaminants, keeping the oil returning to the tank clean.

This filter is installed on the top of the tank, with the body immersed in the tank, and is equipped with bypass valves, filter element clogging alarms, and other devices. It has the characteristics of compact structure, easy installation, large oil capacity, small pressure loss, and easy replacement of filter elements.

This filter has excellent performance and advantages

1. Installation is convenient, and the system pipeline is simplified.

The fite is directly insalled on the oil tank cover plate, tefiter head is exposed the oil tank, and the return cylinder is immersed in the oil tnk, which simplifies the system pipeline, making the system layout more compact and the installation and connection more convenient.

2. Setting the filter element pollution signal, oil circuit bypass valve, and improving the reliability of the hydraulic system

When the filter element is blocked by pollutants or the system fluid temperature is too low, factors such as flow pulsation cause inlet pressure, the signaling device a signal indicating this. The filter element should be replaced promptly or the oil temperature should be increased. If it is not possible to stop the machine immediately to deal with these faults, bypass valve located at the top of the filter element automatically opens to work, to protect the filter and the hy-draulic system to operate normally.

3. Design with direct return filtration, making it very convenient to replace the filter element or refuel the tank.
