RLF series return oil pipeline filter

RLF series return oil pipeline filter is installed at the return oil pipeline of the hydraulic system to remove metal powder and rubber material from the wear of various components in the oil, so as to keep the oil flowing back to the tank clean.

The filter element of this filter is made of synthetic fiber filter material, which has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, large oil flow capacity, small initial pressure loss, and large pollutant capacity.
It is also equipped with a differential pressure transmitter and a bypass valve.
When the filter element is clogged and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is 0.35MPa, a switch signal is sent out, and the filter element should be replaced at this time; If the machine cannot be stopped immediately or no one comes to replace the filter element, the bypass valve installed on the upper part of the filter element will automatically open to protect the system.
