The KYW series liquid level control type liquid temperature gauge
The KYW series liquid level control type liquid temperature gauge is based on our company's YWZ-125-254 series liquid level gauge, with the addition of a liquid level control (alarm) switch to achieve visual monitoring of liquid level, liquid temperature, and electric control of oil level. It can be widely used for liquid level control and measurement in various oil tanks, lubrication devices, cooling and gear transmission boxes.
Installment and use:
- Process two mounting holes based on the center to center distance (E) size of the selected specifications. For example, when the wall thickness of the fuel tank is ≤ 10mm, the two mounting screw holes should be smooth. If the wall thickness of the fuel tank is>10mm, the two mounting hole positions should be threaded with M10 holes, and the mounting hole surface should be treated to ensure flatness, cleanliness, and perpendicularity with the screw hole to prevent oil leakage after installation.
- The installation torque of the level gauge screw is 10N · m.
- If a thermometer is installed, the bimetallic thermometer must be screwed on after installing the standard body. Do not rotate the meter head to tighten it, but use a wrench to tighten it at the hexagonal position behind the meter head.
To ensure the accuracy of the thermometer, the depth of the sensing tube entering the measured medium should meet the requirement of "length of the sensing tube inserted into the medium:>90mm".
During transportation, storage, installation, and use of thermometers, collisions should be avoided to prevent the sensor from bending or deforming.
- The temperature value at which the thermometer frequently operates should be between 1/2 and 3/4 of the maximum range.
- It is prohibited to have strong magnetic fields near the liquid level gauge during use to avoid interference with normal alarms.
- The surface of this product should not come into contact with banana water.
The general switch signal can be used as a warning information to monitor the liquid level of the medium. If it is to be connected to an inductive load, such as a relay coil, it is recommended to use a contact protection circuit.
