The RFB series direct return self sealing magnetic return oil filter

The RFB series direct return self sealing magnetic return oil filter is used for precision filtration of hydraulic system return oil, filtering out metal particles generated by component wear and rubber impurities caused by seal wear in the hydraulic system, and keeping the oil flowing back to the tank clean.

    Performance and Features

    1. This filter can be directly installed on the top, side or bottom of the fuel tank, with the filter head exposed outside the tank and the cylinder partially immersed in the tank, simplifying the system pipeline and making the system layout more compact.
    2. This filter is equipped with a permanent magnet that can filter out ferromagnetic particles larger than 1 micron in the oil.
    3. Equipped with a bypass valve: When starting with cold oil, if the system liquid temperature is too low, flow pulsation and other factors cause the filter pressure difference to be too large and the main engine cannot work, or if the filter element is blocked by pollutants, the bypass valve connected in parallel at the lower part of the filter cover will automatically open (with an opening pressure difference of 0.4MPa) to protect the filter element and the system from working normally.
    4. Equipped with a check valve: The filter is placed on the side and bottom of the fuel tank, and when replacing the filter element, the oil in the tank will not flow out.
    5. Equipped with a liquid flow diffuser, the liquid flow diffuser composed of the lower part of the cylinder can smoothly allow the return oil to flow into the oil tank without easily generating bubbles, reducing the re-entry of air, weakening the disturbance of deposited pollutants, and when the bypass valve is opened, it can play a coarse filtering role.
    6. Equipped with a visual indication and electric signal transmission device, overflow pipe, and pollution accumulation cup: when the filter element gradually becomes clogged, the clogging situation of the filter element can be observed on the visual gauge, and an electric signal can also be received (with a signal value of 0.35MPa). An overflow pipe and a dirt cup are installed at the bottom of the filter element, which can be taken out together when replacing the filter element, thus avoiding the phenomenon of pollutants falling back into the fuel tank.
    7. The filter material of the filter element is made of glass fiber, which has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, large oil flow capacity, small original pressure loss, and large pollutant absorption capacity. Its filtration accuracy is calibrated with absolute filtration accuracy, and the filtration ratio β 3, 10, and 20 is ≥ 200, which meets ISO standards.
    8. The feature of easy installation, connection, and replacement of filter elements is that the oil inlet is connected by a flange. For the installation of the flange between the filter head and the oil tank, users can design and process 6 flange screw holes on the oil tank plate according to the dimensions in the chart. Unscrew the top cover of the filter to replace the filter element or add fuel to the fuel tank.
    9. Equipped with auxiliary oil return holes: There are two small oil return holes on the side and top of the filter head, which can be used to filter a small amount of oil in the system back into the oil tank or add a small amount of oil to the tank. When the filter is installed on the side or bottom of the oil tank, the small hole cover can be unscrewed to remove the oil containing pollutants in the filter, thereby extending the service life of the filter element and facilitating the purification of the oil.
