The XNJ series oil suction filter

The XNJ series oil suction filter in the box has the following characteristics: a. Easy installation and connection: This series of oil suction filters is fixed on the cover plate of the oil tank by installing flanges, and the filter element is directly inserted into the oil tank, simplifying the system's pipeline, saving space, and making the system layout more compact. b. When cleaning or replacing the filter element, simply unscrew the screws on the installation flange and pull up the installation flange to clean or replace it. c. Equipped with filter clogging signaling device d. Equipped with bypass valve

    The XNJ series in-tank oil suction filter features the following characteristics:  

     

    a.Easy Installation and Connection: This series of suction filters is securely mounted on the tank cover via an installation flange, with the filter element directly inserted into the tank. This simplifies the system piping, saves space, and enables a more compact system layout.  

     

    b.Simple Filter Element Cleaning or Replacement: To clean or replace the filter element, simply loosen the screws on the installation flange and lift it off.  

     

    c.Filter Clogging Alarm Device: When the filter element becomes clogged by contaminants to a vacuum pressure of -0.018 MPa, the alarm device sends a switch signal (external electrical signal to the user). At this point, the filter element should be promptly replaced or cleaned to prevent issues such as oil pump cavitation.  

     

    d.Bypass Valve: When the filter element is clogged by contaminants to a vacuum pressure of -0.018 MPa, if immediate shutdown for cleaning or replacement is not possible, the bypass valve installed at the top of the filter element will automatically open (at a pressure of -0.02 MPa) to protect the oil pump from operational disruptions.

     

    When selecting the XNJ series filter, it is essential to install a vacuum pressure transmitter. If the filter element becomes clogged with contaminants to the point where the vacuum pressure reaches -0.018 MPa, the filter element should be promptly cleaned or replaced.
