According to the requirements of the original Machinery Committee's Science and Technology Development Plan [87400842], the Standardization Institute of the former Machinery Committee and the Intelligence Institute of the Shanghai Mechanical and Electrical Industry Bureau jointly revised the GB1161 standard and drafted a new plan for the oil standard. Our company undertook the production of oil standard trial production and manufacturing tasks. At the "Oil Standard and National Standard Signing Conference" held in Shanghai in September 1988, representatives unanimously agreed that the product had the advantages of advanced design, reasonable structure, and complete specifications. After testing by the Shanghai Hydraulic and Pneumatic Research Institute, all indicators met the technical requirements of the national standard GB and were included in the national standard scheme for submission to the ministerial level for review. In 1990, the new national standard GB1161-90 was officially implemented, filling a gap in the standardization of domestic oil standards.
