WF Suction Filter Series

The WF oil suction filter is installed at the oil suction port of the oil pump to protect the oil pump and other hydraulic components to avoid inhaling contaminating impurities, effectively control hydraulic system pollution, and adjust the cleanliness of the hydraulic system. The filter can be directly installed on the side, top or bottom of the fuel tank. The oil suction cylinder penetrates below the liquid level in the fuel tank and the filter head is exposed outside the fuel tank.

Application areas:

1. Metallurgy: used for filtration of hydraulic systems of rolling mills and continuous casting machines and filtration of various lubricating equipment.

2. Petrochemical: separation and recovery of products and intermediate products in the process of oil refining and chemical production, liquid purification, purification of magnetic tapes, CDs and photographic films in manufacturing, particle removal and filtration of oil field injection well water and natural gas.

3. Textile: Purification and uniform filtration of polyester melt during the drawing process, protective filtration of air compressors, and oil and water removal of compressed gas.

4. Electronics and pharmaceuticals: pretreatment and filtration of reverse osmosis water and deionized water, pretreatment and filtration of cleaning fluid and glucose.

5. Thermal power and nuclear power: purification of oil in lubrication systems, speed control systems, bypass control systems of gas turbines and boilers, purification of water supply pumps, fans and dust removal systems.

6. Mechanical processing equipment: lubrication systems and compressed air purification of papermaking machinery, mining machinery, injection molding machines and large precision machinery, dust recovery and filtration of tobacco processing equipment and spraying equipment.
