XNJ TANK MOUNTED SUCTION FILTER SERIES

The XNJ series filters can be installed on the top of the tank and the element is immersed in the oil,soit is easy for installation.During maintenance,you only need to turn off the screws of the connecting flange.and pull-out the connecting flange,the element can be changed or cleaned.A vacuum indicator in the filtergives signals when the pressure drop across the element reaches -0.018MPa showing that the filter eleme-nt should be cleaned or changed.If no maintenance is done,as the pressure drop rises to 0.02MPa,the bypass valve in this filter will open allowing oil flowing into pump directly,so when you select this series suc-tion filter,a vacuum indicator should be necessary for the element clogged by contaminants,you can cleanor change it immediately.

    The XNJ series oil suction filter in the box has the following characteristics:

    • Easy installation and connection: This series of oil suction filters is fixed on the cover plate of the oil tank by installing flanges, and the filter element is directly inserted into the oil tank, simplifying the system's pipeline, saving space, and making the system layout more compact.
    • When cleaning or replacing the filter element, simply unscrew the screws on the installation flange and pull up the installation flange to clean or replace it.
    • Equipped with a filter clogging signaling device: When the filter element is clogged by pollutants to a vacuum pressure of -0.018 MPa, the signaling device sends a switch signal (an external electrical signal from the user). At this time, the filter element should be replaced or cleaned in a timely manner to avoid suction and other faults in the oil pump.
    • Equipped with a bypass valve: When the filter element is clogged by pollutants to a vacuum pressure of -0.018 MPa, if it cannot be stopped immediately for cleaning or replacing the filter element, the bypass valve installed on the upper end of the filter element will automatically open (with an opening pressure of -0.02 MPa) to protect the normal operation of the oil pump.

    When users choose XNJ series filters, it is necessary to install a vacuum pressure transmitter. When the filter element is blocked by pollutants to a vacuum pressure of -0.018MPa, it should be cleaned or replaced in a timely manner.
