ZU-H and QU-H series pressure pipeline filters

ZU-H and QU-H series pressure pipeline filters is installed on the pressure pipeline of the hydraulic system to filter out mechanical impurities mixed in the hydraulic oil and the gum, asphalt, carbon residue, etc. produced by the chemical changes of the hydraulic oil itself, thereby preventing the occurrence of faults such as valve core jamming, blockage of throttling small hole gaps and damping holes, and rapid wear of hydraulic components.

This filter has good filtering effect and high accuracy, but it is difficult to clean after blockage, and the filter element needs to be replaced.

The filter is equipped with a differential pressure transmission device. When the filter element is contaminated and blocked to a pressure difference of 0.35Mpa at the inlet and outlet, a switch signal is sent out. At this time, the filter element is replaced to achieve the purpose of protecting system safety.

The filter element of this filter is made of glass fiber filter material, which has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, large oil flow capacity, small original pressure loss, and large pollutant holding capacity. Its filtration accuracy is calibrated based on absolute filtration accuracy, with filtration ratios β 3, 5, 10, and 20>200, and filtration efficiency n ≥ 99.5%, in compliance with ISO standards.
